Have you ever shopped at a Hanna Andersson store or purchased their clothing online? Do you love the style, comfort, and quality of Hanna Andersson clothing, but feel less inclined to love the Hanna prices? If so, I can totally relate. That’s why I’m so excited to share 5 ways to score big at Hanna Andersson.
First of all, this post in not sponsored by Hanna Anderson. It comes in response to my annual, and occasionally bi-annual Hanna purchases that coincide with their BIG BIG SALE that’s going on now. That revelation, in and of itself, already brings me to the first of my five points on how to score big.
5 Ways To Score Big At Hanna Andersson
1. Only shop during their semi-annual big big sales. Twice a year many Hanna items go on clearance up to 70% off. These sales happen in January and June. You can shop in store or online, but most of the ways to score on your purchases involve online purchases.
2. Use the ship to store option to save on shipping. If you are shopping online and want to eliminate shipping charges, choose the in store pick up option if there is a Hanna retailer close to you. You can use this list to check locations.
3. Sign up for Ebates (you’ll make my day by using my referral link to the left) to earn 2.5% cash back for online Hanna purchases. Granted, this is certainly not a percentage that gets me shouting from the roof tops, but there are other advantages that may make Ebates worth your while. One advantage, for example, is a $10 gift card for first time sign ups (which is my next point). There are also a lot of other stores where you can get more than 2.5% cash back for online purchases. Old Navy, for example, offers 6% cash back. You can check out the entire list on the Ebates website to see the stores that participate.
4. Earn a $10 gift card when you sign up for Ebates. I chose a $10 Target gift card. You will get the gift card after you make a qualifying $25 purchase within 3 months of signing up. I didn’t have any trouble qualifying. : )
5. Resell your Hannas! I score by selling Hanna clothes to consignment shops after my kids grow out of them. The shops I bring clothes to usually prefer high end brands and are more than happy to accept Hannas. And yes, there’s usually a shirt or dress that gets stained somewhere along the lines, which I can’t sell. But for the most part, I can sell most of my kid’s Hannas because they wear really well and last a long time.
Make It A Mini Geography Lesson!
And of course, since I am Mommy Maleta and explore the world one suitcase at a time, I can easily sneak in a little geography lesson by telling my kids that Hanna Andersson clothes are made in Sweden. I ask a few casual questions like…
- Do you remember what continent Sweden is on?
- What is the capital of Sweden?
- What do you think the weather is like in Sweden? Do you think kids there wear sweaters more often, or shorts and sundresses?
What can I say? Some parents sneak shredded veggies into muffins. I sneak world geography into shopping! I do hope these shopping tips help you score big at Hanna Andersson.
