It’s a book fiesta! Let’s celebrate Cinco De Mayo by reviewing some bilingual books in Spanish and English for kids! My top picks include titles from the Usborne book collection. They have over 100 titles to choose from that are available in both languages.

I won’t even get close to reviewing all the title selections available. I will just skim the surface by breaking down three really unique categories that are offered. Let’s start off by looking at bilingual books from the touchy-feely board book series.
Touchy-Feely Board Book Series
These books are designed for babies and toddlers because of the textured patches on every page. The bright colors of the flamingos and touchable textures are designed to promote sensory and language awareness. Be sure to check out more titles in this collection in English and in Spanish.
Look Inside Board Books
With over 100 flaps these books get rave reviews. For children 3 and older they keep young readers extremely engaged. It explains how muscles work and the brain functions. One mom said it helped her twins with potty training because they could see what was happening inside their bodies!
Shine-A-Light Series
These books are written for 4-8 year olds. Young readers can meet people and explore behind the scenes at a busy hospital. But the coolest features emerge when you shine a flashlight behind the page, or hold it up to light. Kids will find what’s hidden in and around different places and things!
Usborne books are hands-down, some of my favorites. They keep young readers enthralled and satisfy their thirst for knowledge. When you head to the site, be sure to look under the heading Spanish Titles under the categories section on the far left side of the page.
This is where you will find the entire selection of Spanish titles. All the titles that are in Spanish are available in English as well. These bilingual books in Spanish and English for kids are my top picks!
