Welcome back to the Thoughtful Spot Blog Hop! Tennis camp went well last week. It was a very fun way to kick off the summer. The realization, however, that the 4th of July is just around the corner is hitting me now. A few nights ago when I stayed up way later than I should have looking at posts on Pinterest, I came across this really cute patriotic party printables pack by Heather from The Caterpillar Years.
I just love it and wanted to share it with you. So I contacted Heather and she was more than happy to allow me to spread the word at our party. If you have been thinking about some fun ways to liven up your 4th of July, look no further.
Before we get to the link party I have two more freebies to tell you about. The first is this free download to a chapter on composition from a book called The Key to Taking Pictures Like a Professional Photographer by Katie Evans.
I’m super excited about it because I got my very first DSLR camera a few weeks ago and I really want to learn how to capture beautiful images. If you are looking to improve the quality of your blog images, or take your family photos to the next level, this chapter will be a great help.
If you are more advanced in photography, there is a freebie for you too. This one is Andrew Gibson’s Mastering Lightroom: Book Two—The Develop Module. I hope you can enjoy one or both of these photography resources.
And Now Back To The Thoughtful Spot…
The Thoughtful Spot is a place to gather every week to share your family friendly posts, crafts, educational ideas, recipes, and more! The title is inspired by the philosophy of the Winnie the Pooh character in the classic A.A. Milne storybooks for children.
Keep in mind that there are 4 of us mama bloggers working together, so that means if you link up to this party you will be seen on these 4 sites: Enchanted Homeschooling Mom, ABC Creative Learning, Stir the Wonder, and yours truly Mommy Maleta.
