I am sorry that I am not hosting the Thoughtful Spot Blog Hop this week! I am in Nicaragua on a week long missions trip. Thanks so much to all of you who are praying for me! I had a great flight in yesterday.
On the 2nd leg of my journey from Houston to Managua, I was not excited to find I was in a middle seat. But I had prayed, and just need to remember that The Lord is in control, right?
The house we lived in for 4 months while adopting in Nicaragua
So part way through the flight I began talking with the Nicaraguan lady sitting next to me. It turns out she knows a lot of the same people I do in Nicaragua! We had so much fun talking that we barely had time to fill out our papers for customs. The flight felt so short!
I posted one picture above to show you the house we lived in most of the time we were in Nicaragua for the adoption. So many memories came flooding back today as I walked around our old neighborhood!
