This week at the Thoughtful Spot Blog Hop I want to tell you about one of my favorite family Christmas traditions. I absolutely love to read stories from the series called Christmas In My Heart, edited by Joel L. Wheeler. It is a compilation of endearing short stories all about Christmas. During December I read stories aloud to my children or with my husband. Tonight my girls and I read about a Christmas long ago in Minnesota where two young Swedish immigrant girls delivered Christmas coffee cakes and breads to the elderly. I felt like I could smell the cinnamon and freshly baked bread drifting through our own house.
